Podcasts are incredibly useful tools to help further our knowledge of leadership and helps us to see things from a different perspective. What makes podcasts so convenient is how easily they fit around other activities, making them ideal for busy school leaders. You can tune in while cooking dinner, commuting to work, or even at the gym.
While I seem to love some more than others, this list includes my tried-and-tested favorites that are a must-listen for any school leader.

Daniel’s podcast is released weekly. They are short 20-30 minutes and sweet words of encouragement for when you’re on the go. They feature a diverse group of hosts and experts from inside and outside of education. The fun part…Daniel interviews people who are Rukus Makers! These are stories about how the guest has broken tradition, persevered through hard times, or a story where change happened. Who doesn’t love stories of inspiration?
5. The One Thing
If you have been following me for a few years now, you already are aware that The One Thing is one of my favorite books. It would be obvious then that The One Thing podcast would be top of my list. The podcast is updated weekly and is about 50-60 minutes. This podcast is about discovering the simple truth behind extraordinary results. Learn how most people in the world approach productivity, time management, business, health, and habits with The One Thing.
