he WIN TIME: Program Implementation Evaluation is divided into two sections. 

Section I holds the WIN Time Matrix, which is used as an evaluation tool to determine the school’s progress toward WIN implementation. As a result, the school/district can quickly identify the areas it should improve and the areas it should protect.

Section II holds some essential questions to help to guide the reader toward developing a process for implementation. Following the essential questions, sample check-in documents and focus agendas for 30/60/90 day milestones are intended to help put action to implementation.
