Description
Family engagement made easy
You know families need to be part of their child’s learning. You also know how much work it takes to plan a family event from scratch.
This kit does the planning for you. Each of the 14 math stations comes with a station sign, a fold-up table tent with simple directions, and the recording sheets or game cards it needs. Parents don’t need any math background. They read the directions on the table, sit down beside their child, and play.
The night is fun, families learn how to support math at home, and your school builds real connections with its families.

Pick the stations that fit your grades and space. You can run all 14 or choose 8 to 10 for a smaller event.
Every station includes
- Station sign to hang on the wall or set in a frame
- Fold-up table tent with step-by-step “How to Play” directions and a materials list
- Recording sheets so parents and kids can work side by side
- Game cards, boards, or pieces where the station needs them
Each station has its own color, and its sign, tent, sheets, and cards all match. Volunteers can set up quickly, and nothing ends up at the wrong table.
Plus everything you need to host
- Planning timeline: what to do 3–4 weeks before, 1–2 weeks before, on the day, and after
- Printing guide: which pages to print in color, which in black and white, and which on cardstock
- Station materials checklist: every item each station needs, with set-up notes
- Family invitations with a tear-off RSVP slip (2 per page)
- Math at Home handout: 6 easy ways families can help with math at home (2 per page)
- Welcome sign and sign-in sheet
- Family Math Passport: families collect a stamp at each station they visit, which you can tie to a prize drawing
- Answer keys for Time to Scoot, Marshmallow 3-D Shapes and the Treasure Map Maze
Why schools love it
- Low prep: print, cut, and set out. No lesson planning required.
- Easy for families: directions are written for parents, not teachers.
- Uses inexpensive supplies: dice, paper, marshmallows, toothpicks, cups and counters.
- Reusable: laminate the signs, tents, and cards and use them again next year.
- Flexible: works as a full school-wide event, a grade-level night, or a classroom family afternoon.
