Description
Turn PLC time into better teaching, not more meetings
Your teams meet every week. But without a clear agenda, PLC time turns into logistics, venting, or staring at a spreadsheet with no plan for what to do next.
The PLC Agenda & Data Protocol Pack gives you a ready-made agenda for every kind of PLC meeting your teams need across a unit: getting ready to teach, practicing it, and looking at what students learned. Every agenda is timed for 45 minutes and ends with clear next steps, an owner and a date.
7 PLC meeting types, one simple menu
- Assessment review: unpack the unit assessment before teaching, flag tricky vocabulary and map every item to a lesson
- Unit internalization: unpack the standards, map key lessons and predict misconceptions
- Lesson internalization: unpack the standard, do the exit ticket and plan checks for understanding
- Lesson rehearsal: practice high-leverage moves like think-alouds, anchor charts and student engagement strategies, with feedback in the moment
- Data analysis: a step-by-step protocol to go from results to named students
- Student work analysis: sort work into fully, partly and not yet, find patterns and plan short- and long-term moves
- Response planning: re-teach, practice and extension groups with a recheck date
Built for real school leaders

It also includes a PLC observation tool with look-fors for every meeting type, so whoever supports your PLCs can give specific, coaching-focused feedback.
